Job Responsibilities
1. Identify and secure suitable locations for charging facilities, acquire dedicated parking spaces for charging infrastructure, and achieve investment targets for charging infrastructure network construction.
2. Negotiate solutions with specific industry clients and parking lot owners, determine reasonable operating charge models, and ultimately sign contracts to achieve the construction and launch of charging operations.
3. Develop charging station projects such as public fast-charging stations, dedicated stations, and ultra-fast charging stations; achieve project implementation through charging equipment investment, operation, or other sales methods.
4. Develop work plans based on project progress, control key project milestones, and mobilize various resources. 5. Provide coordination and support for the post-construction, operation, and maintenance of invested projects.
Job Requirements
1. Possess unique organizational, coordination, and acquisition capabilities for parking lot resources in a specific location; priority will be given to candidates with extensive local network resources.
2. Familiar with urban development, property resources, and travel patterns in a specific city.
3. Passionate about marketing, diligent and hardworking, open-minded, quick-thinking, strong independent thinking skills, and strong agreement with result-oriented and problem-oriented management culture.
4. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in charging operation, parking lot development and operation, transportation and travel, store location selection, gas stations, distributed energy, smart cities, property insurance, central air conditioning and floor heating, photovoltaic, security systems, parking systems, and offline advertising.
5. Possess basic knowledge and skills in project development and project management, and be familiar with project-based and solution-based sales processes.
6. Possess a keen business sense, be good at accounting and building business cooperation models; possess strong market development capabilities, ability to maintain and control customer relationships, strong business negotiation and persuasion skills, and pressure resistance.
