Job Responsibilities

   1. Responsible for the implementation of the company's charging pile system, including needs research, scheme design, system configuration, data migration, user training, and online support.

  2. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the PLM system, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, data backup, and security protection, ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the system.

  3. Deeply understand business needs, and optimize system functions, improve processes, and integrate data based on needs to improve the overall efficiency of the system.

  4. Work closely with the project team to promptly respond to and solve problems encountered by users during use, providing technical support and solutions.

  5. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in PLM system implementation or operation and maintenance; PLM system implementation experience is preferred.

  6. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and can work closely with users, development teams, and other relevant departments to jointly promote project implementation and system optimization.

  7. Possess strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, can quickly master new technologies and methods, and flexibly apply them to actual work.

  8. Have a certain understanding of the manufacturing industry or related industries, and be familiar with product R&D, process design, and production management business processes.

  9. Able to adapt to a certain amount of work pressure, with good psychological quality and stress resistance.

  2. Possess certain computer and network-related knowledge.

  3. Possess good customer service awareness, work actively, responsibly, and have good learning and analytical abilities.

  4. Able to adapt to occasional night-time customer service responses
